I love cooking pork because it's so healthy. With the recipes I've listed, I don't believe I've done any using apple cider vinegar. Awesome video! I've got to try this.

Made this twice and it is excellent. Slow cook it all but in the oven. The sauce is simple to make and absolutely delicious. Put a lot more spice in than suggested to make a good strong, chilli based pulled pork.
