I just made Victor's keto bread this morning. I am eating it now with collard greens. It is delicious. I had whole psyllium husks on hand, so I put them in my VitaMix blender to turn them into a powder. I used my VitaMix also to make the pork panko. I used my stand mixer; easy peasy. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

I'm definitely going to try this, it looks so good. I think I am going to try it also with some walnuts and banana flavoring. See if I can turn it into banana nut bread..

I love what you do…but i have been keto for years..and seen lots of keto bread..keto peeps we have to give up on bread..its never going to be worth while
