					<description><![CDATA[Recipe ⬇️ Bò Lúc Lắc - Vietnamese Shaking Beef&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;INGREDIENTS:&lt;br&gt;1/2 lb Beef - I’m using Wagyu Beef Ribeye Steak&lt;br&gt;6 cloves Garlic&lt;br&gt;1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce&lt;br&gt;1 Tbsp Soy Sauce&lt;br&gt;1 Tbsp Fish Sauce&lt;br&gt;1 Tsp Sugar&lt;br&gt;1/2 Tsp Black Pepper&lt;br&gt;1 Tbsp Neutral Oil&lt;br&gt;1 Tbsp Butter&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Lettuce&lt;br&gt;Tomatoes&lt;br&gt;Fried Shallots&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;INSTRUCTIONS:&lt;br&gt;Peel and roughly chop garlic&lt;br&gt;Cut beef into 1/2 to 1 inch inch cubes&lt;br&gt;Marinate beef with half of the chopped garlic, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and black pepper for 15 minutes&lt;br&gt;Heat up pan on medium heat with neutral oil&lt;br&gt;Add garlic, sauté until fragrant&lt;br&gt;Add marinated beef, turn heat up to high&lt;br&gt;Spread beef out into a single layer&lt;br&gt;Let it cook and sear for a couple of minutes&lt;br&gt;Add Butter, shake or stir &lt;br&gt;Cook for another couple minutes&lt;br&gt;Pour the shaking beef over a bed of cut lettuce and sliced tomatoes&lt;br&gt;Top with fried shallots&lt;br&gt;Enjoy with warm rice, side of soy sauce and minced Thai chili to dip&lt;br&gt;Enjoy!]]></description>
