Heya, so first I want to say that I adore this curry!

I have a few more questions. I am using a stick blender instead of a grinder and my paste looks brown rather than red, any idea why that is and would I be better off with a grinder? And if so, can you recommend one? I also use dried coconut rather than fresh as I do not have much use for the rest of the coconut. Could that be why the colour is different?

I am using a wok rather than a kadai on an induction hob. I think that the Lows needs to be Mediums and the Mediums need to be High's. Is this something to do with using a Wok/induction hob rather than a Kadai?

I'm trying to learn to cook. Any tips much appreciated! Thanks for all the help and keep up the good work! :)
