Amico, you made it wrong, when making

spaghetti all'assassina you started good add more garlic and crushed pepper, use a lot

Then the sauce. Let simmer

Add uncooked pasta flipping sparingly

When the sauce gets too thick add broth, a little at a time until pasta is cooked

Let char at the end

I believe you can make it the next time ✅️

Sooo we need to talk about that “Turkish pasta” you made… not one part of that was Turkish. Starting from the ginger garlic paste, the smoked paprika, duck fat, lemon in the yoghurt… sorry but just no. It has nothing to do with what it should taste like but bravo on picking up that it needed cumin. Still love your videos though 😅

Turn off the heat before you put in the sauce to prevent the curdling. The residual heat should be enough to cook the eggs in the sauce
