When it comes to pizza, nothing beats Neapolitan style. Sadly, my local go-to pizzeria, which served real Neapolitan-style pizza (with ingredients like speck, burrata, arugula, and prosciutto, and no pepperoni!) recently closed, and I haven't found a good enough replacement yet. I might have to restart my ATK/Cook's subscription just for this.
