In my grocery desert area, skin-on, bone-in chicken beasts are not available, called Perdue and they blamed the pandemic. Can't say I buy this excuse.

"Get this recipe for free… ," What a crock. Yes, you can get it "free" by subscribing to a 2-Week "Free" Trial at which time a credit card is required. Without going into it any further, I'm sure there is probably a mechanism for opting out after the trial period, but they are betting that most people will just let it ride. BAIT AND SWITCH! BEWARE!

Would prefer to go with cherry tomato confit instead of adding the halved to the artichokes, they will not cook through in 1 minute as mentioned
