簡単に作れるのに満足度高い！『てりやき豚こまボール』 【材料】 2人前 豚こま切れ肉 250g –下味– 料理酒 大さじ1 片栗粉 小さじ1 塩こしょう 少々 (A)しょうゆ 大さじ1 (A)料理酒 大さじ1 (A)みりん 大さじ1 (A)砂糖 小さじ1 サラダ油 大さじ1 –トッピング– 白いりごま 適量 小ねぎ（小口切り） 適量 【手順】 1. ボウルに豚こま切れ肉を入れ、下味の材料を加えてよく混ぜ合わせ、一口大に丸く成形します。 2. 別のボウルに(A)を入れ、よく混ぜます。 3. 中火で熱したフライパンにサラダ油をひき、1を入れ菜箸で転がしながら全体に焼き色をつけ、中まで火を通します。 4. 余分な油をキッチンペーパーで拭き取り、2を入れて弱火でひと煮立ちさせ、全体に味がなじむように絡めます。汁気がなくなってきたら火から下ろします。 5. 器に盛り付け、トッピングを散らして完成です。 【コツ&ポイント】 豚こま切れ肉は、豚バラ肉でも代用いただけます。 source
