✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐝𝐢:
* Water(पानी) – 2 Spoon
* Full Cream Milk(दूध) – 1 Litre
* Curd(दही) – 1 Spoon
* Sugar(चीनी) – 1/2 Cup
* Corn Flour(कॉर्न फ्लॉर) – 2 Tsp
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚:
* Carrot(गाजर) – 1 Kg
* Ghee(घी) – 1 Tbsp
* Sugar(चीनी) – 1/2 Cup
* Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे) – Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐝𝐢, in a bowl. take some Milk and add Corn Flour. Mix well and keep aside. Keep the pan for heating, add Water, and Milk, and boil it first. When the Milk starts boiling, then gradually add Curd to it. Stir it continuously and boil the Milk until it becomes half of its initial quantity. Then add Sugar and Corn Flour Milk to it & cook till it becomes thick. Then turn the flame off and take out the Rabri into a bowl & keep it cool.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚, roast some Dry Fruits and finely chop them. Wash, peel, and grate the Carrot. In a pan, add Ghee & grated Carrots and roast on a slow flame. Then add Sugar and cook until it gets dry. Thurn the flame off and keep it cool. Serve with Rabdi and enjoy.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠, take serving bowls add Halwa, chopped Dry Fruits, and pour the Rabdi over it. Enjoy the tasty Halwai Style Gajar Halwa at home.

Insaan apne swarath k karan cows/buffaloes ka ye hakk chura leta hai. Iss dhoodh k karan unki bahut durdarsha hoti hai. Insan apni nutrition ki zaruratein aur cheezein kha kar bhi puri kar sakta hai. For example, til mein doodh se zyada calcium paaya jaata hai.
