भरलेले पापलेट | Stuffed pomfret with green masala🐟
Recipe:
Clean the fish. Season the fish with salt well before cooking. This will remove the fishy smell.
Make the slits close to the bones and
fill the stuff we prepared.
For stuffing:
Freshly shredded coconut / ताजे किसलेले नारळ
Garlic cloves / लसुणाच्या पाकळ्या
Ginger / आले
Coriender leaves / कोथिंबीर
Green chillis / हिरव्या मिरच्या
Tamarind / चिंच
Salt / मीठ
Sugar / साखर
Now, stuff the filling which we prepared into fish pocket.
Pat it.
Otherwise, the stuffing will spill out
during cooking. After marinate it.
For marination:
Ginger garlic paste / आले लसूण पेस्ट
Turmeric / हळद
Kashmiri red chilli powder / काश्मिरी तिखट
Dhana jeera powder / धना जीरा पावडर
Kokum / कोकम
For coating: Add salt and red chilli powder into rava.
Coat the stuffed pomfret and fry on medium flame.
Cook from both the sides too until crisp and golden brown. Transfer to a plate and serve with some onion rings and lemon wedges.
And Bharala paplet is ready😍😋
