Ingredients:
Chickpea flour (besan)
Turmeric powder
Chilly powder
Cumin seeds
Carom Seeds
Mustard seeds
Baking soda
Green chilly and Garlic paste
Boiled potatos
Coriander
Salt
Water
Oil for frying

Steps:
1. Mix Besan with carom seeds, turmeric and chilly powder along with salt and baking soda
2. Pour water in above mixture until consistency of batter is like as shown
3. In a heated pan, put some oil , cumin seed and mustard seeds
4. Add garlic and chilly paste
5. Add turmeric powder and boiled potatos
6. Add salt and mix it well, garnish with coriander
7. Apply this potato mixture to slice of bread
8.Add one more slice over it and cut into 4 pieces
9. Put this pieces in besan batter and deep fry in hot oil
10. Enjoy Min Bread Pakoda with any chutney or ketcup
