Ingredients –
Butter (मक्खन) – 1 1/2 tbsp
Bread (ब्रेड) – 2 slice
Milk (दूध) – 1 cup
Sugar (चीनी) – 3 Tbsp
Custard Powder (कस्टर्ड पाउडर) – 1 1/4 TSP
Milk (दूध) – 3/4 cup
Tooti Fruity (टूटी फ्रूटी) – For garnish
Mint (पुदीना) – For Garnish

My dadi use to make bread upma mainly in evening snacks.. she use to wet the bread a little and then crumble it.. then in a pan oil, mustard seed, kadi patta and jeera the onion lill toss along with spices turmeric, coriander powder jeera powder and thn crumble bread still properly last m lemon. She use to cook it a little more and neeche jo crunchy part ho jata tha vo bahot hi tasty lagta tha

Hello sir hmare yaha maide ka pyala batter ready kiya jata h usko ghee me chhend wali challi se ghee me daalte h to boondi shape ki trh round round bn jati h fir milk ko gadha krte h kesar dalte h usme sugar dalkr usme wo maide ki boondi daal dete h aur freeze me rkh kr thanda hone dete h itni tasty creamy bnti i love that

  4. 'अंगा' chef ye meri nani k hath se khaya tha par recipe pata nahi. Wheat flour ka banta hai jisme khoob sara ghee dal kar khaya jata hai…desi recipe h. Agar possible ho to please ek video iss ka bhi banaye…i really miss eating those.

  5. As usual simple way n to this dish I remembering my childhood plain milk n bread our favorite dish n my dadi simply made murmura in milk n jaggery boiled milk murmura n mix jaggery that also good in child hood thanku kunal

My mom used to prepare this dessert for me in my childhood but without adding custard powder…she used to toast the bread with cow ghee, boil the milk till the quantity reduces to half ( thick consistency) then added sugar, elaichi powder and finally the toasted bread slices into it and then garnish it with fried kishmish, cashews and almonds….i had it recently also😋😋 I will try this time with custard powder
