Bread – 5 pcs
Gram Flour – 3 tbsp
Sooji/ Rava – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1 pcs
Tomato – 1 pcs
Green Chilli – 2 pcs
Capsicum – 3 tbsp
Cabbage – 3 tbsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Salt as per Taste
Turmeric – 2 pinch
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder
Coarse Coriander Powder
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Lemon Juice
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
OIL FOR SHALLOW FRY

    Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp बेसन (gram flour), 2 tbsp सूजी/रवा (sooji), finely chopped प्याज (onion), टमाटर (tomato), हरी मिर्च (green chili), शिमला मिर्च (capsicum), पत्तागोभी (cabbage), 1 tsp अदरक (ginger), and spices like हल्दी (turmeric), लाल मिर्च पाउडर (red chili powder), भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर (roasted cumin powder), मोटा धनिया पाउडर (coarse coriander powder), लाल मिर्च फ्लेक्स (red chili flakes), और नमक (salt) to taste. Add 1 tbsp नींबू का रस (lemon juice) for extra flavor.

    Prepare the bread: Take 5 slices of ब्रेड (bread), cut them into small squares or strips, and dip them into the prepared mixture. Ensure the bread is well-coated with the mixture.

    Shallow fry: Heat some तेल (oil) in a pan for shallow frying. Once hot, place the coated bread pieces carefully into the pan and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
