Step-by-step recipe:
▪️Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.
▪️Add chopped cashew nuts and almonds, fry them. Add raisins and fry. Remove and keep aside.
▪️Add 2 tbsp ghee to the same pan.
▪️Add 2 cups of sevaiyan, fry till lightly golden.
▪️Add 1 cup sugar. Mix well, dissolving sugar completely. Cook for 5 minutes.
▪️Add 1 tsp crushed cardamom and fried nuts. Mix everything well. Cook for a minute.
▪️Add 2 cups milk and some saffron.
▪️Mix well and let it boil.
▪️Cook for a minute.
▪️Serve hot or warm.
