৫০০ গ্রাম আলু / 500g Potato
২৫০ গ্রাম পিয়াঁজ / 250g Onion
১০০ মিলি সরষের তেল / 100 ml Mustard Oil
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
১.৫ কেজি চিকেন / 1.5 kg Chicken
১ টি তেজপাতা / 1 ea Bay Leaf
২ টি ছোট দারচিনির টুকরো / 2 Small Cinnamon Sticks
৪ টি এলাচ / 4 ea Cardamom
১ চা চামচ জিরে / 1 tsp Cumin
২০০ গ্রাম টকদই / 200g Curd
১.৫ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 1.5 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
