✅1/2 tsp sugar
✅1 tsp red chilli flakes
✅1 tbsp cornflour
✅2 tbsp water
✅Sufficient oil for deep fry
For cooking :
✅1/3 cup oil
✅1 tbsp chopped garlic
✅1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
✅4/5 pieces green chillies
✅1/2 cup cube cut onion
✅3 tbsp butter
