But i found this video is not correct for steak. Meat selection is not correct, its not juicy enough

আপনার রেছিপিটি ভুল এটা ফলো করলে মাংসটা খুব হার্ড(শক্ত) হবে,কারণ স্টেক গরুর সব মাংস দিয়ে হয়না বিশেষ জায়গার মাংস দিয়ে হয়। যেমন: বুকের উপরের মাংস।
