এটা পুজোর দিনের জন্য সাধারণত নবমী তে হয় বলেই জানি। পিঁয়াজ রসুন ছাড়া করতে হয়। তাই নিরামিষ বলা হয়। আগে যখন পাঁঠা বলি হত এইভাবে রান্না করার প্রচলন ছিল। এখনও অনেক বাড়িতে পুজোর সময় পশু বলি না হলেও এভাবে মাংস রান্না করা হয়।
পাড়ার মাংস দিয়ে গন্ধ বের হয়না 😅😅
