– 200 grams of boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1 small tomato, finely chopped
– 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
– 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
– 2 tablespoons oil
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
– 2 cups water
### Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Chicken:**
– Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
– Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
– Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn white and are almost cooked through.
– Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.
– Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Set aside.
2. **Prepare the Maggi:**
– In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.
– Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
– Add the chopped tomato and green chili (if using). Cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.

– Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
3. **Cook the Noodles:**

– Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are cooked and the water is almost absorbed.
– Add garam masala and mix well.
