বানাতে যা যা লাগছে….
বিফ/মাটন/চিকেন – ১৮০০ গ্রাম
তেল/ঘি – ১/২ কাপ
আদাবাটা – দেড় টেবিল চামচ
রসুনবাটা – ১ টেবিল চামচ
ধনেগুঁড়া – ১ টেবিল চামচ
জিরাগুঁড়া – ১/২ টেবিল চামচ
মরিচগুঁড়া -১+১/২ চা চামচ
গরম মশলা গুঁড়া – ১ চা চামচ
কাঁচামরিচ ফালি – ৮ টি
লবন- ২ চামচ বা স্বাদমত

মিষ্টিদই – ১/২ কাপ
বেরেস্তা – ১/২ কাপ
কাজুবাদাম – ২ টেবিলচামচ
কিশমিশ -১ টেবিলচামচ
দুধ – ২ থেকে ৩ টেবিলচামচ (পেস্ট করার জন্য )

আলুবোখারা – ৪ টি
কাঁচা-পাকা মরিচ – ৪/৫ টি
জয়ফল-জয়ত্রী গুঁড়ো – ১/৪ চা চামচ
ঘি – ১ টেবিলচামচ
কেওড়াজল – দেড় টেবিলচামচ
