Ingredients
১ কেজি চিকেন / 1 kg chicken
৫-৭ কাপ জল / 5 to 7 cup water
চিকেনের হাড় / Chicken bones
১ টি লেবু পাতা / 1 lemon leaf
২ চা চামচ সাদা তেল / 2 tsp refined oil
১ চা চামচ অরিগানো / 1 tsp oregano
২ চা চামচ চিলিফ্লেক্স /2 tsp chili flakes
১ টি লে বু / 1 lemon
১ চা চামচ রসুন / 1 tsp chopped garlic
২ চা চামচ লেবুর রস / 2 tsp lemon juice
স্বাদ মতো নুন / Salt to taste
২ চা চামচ মাখন / 2 tsp Butter
১ চা চামচ ময়দা / 1 tsp flour
২ কাপ দুধ / 2 cup of milk
দিয়ে দিন আগে থেকে বানিয়ে রাখা চিকেন স্টক / add pre-med chicken stock
সাদা তেল / Refined Oil
১ চা চামচ রসুন / 1 tsp chop garlic
২ চা চামচ পেঁয়াজ কুঁচি / 2 tsp chopped onion
দিয়ে দিন ম্যারিনেটেড চিকেন গুলো / add marinated chicken
