Gulab Jamun with a scoop of Ice Cream is a deadly combo to have in summer. I have shown you how to make Gulab Jamun using Instant Mix powder. The most important thing while preparing Jamun is to make sure the Balls are soft and smooth. If it contains even a small crack, it will break the Jamun while frying. Follow the steps and enjoy the delicious Gulab Jamun.

ஏலக்காய் / Cardamom – 4 Nos
