SALT – 1/2 TSP / AS PER TASTE
BANANA LEAF
FOR MARINATION:
KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER – 2 TSP
GUNTUR CHILLI POWDER – 1 TSP
PEPPER POWDER – 1/2 TSP
TURMERIC – 1/4 TSP
SALT – 1/2 TSP
LEMON JUICE – 1 TSP
FOR GRINDING:
GREEN CHILLI – 2
KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER – 1/2 TBSP
PEPPER CORN – 1/2 TSP
TURMERIC – 1/4 TSP
GINGER 1 MEDIUM
GARLIC – 6 COVES
