➡️INGREDIENTS:
Pasta 250grms
Salt 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Maida 1 tbsp
Cornflour 2 tbsps
Oil for frying + 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Chat masala 1 tsp

➡️METHOD:
1. Take 250grms of pasta. Add some water in a pan for cooking the pastas.
2. Add a tsp of oil and required salt in the water and allow it to boil.
3. When the water starts boil add the pasta, close and cook for 8 mins. ( not over cooked)
4. Once done strain the pasta.
5. To this add maida and cornflour and mix everything well.
6. In a pan add some oil for frying.
7. When the oil is hot add the pastas and fry till golden brown.
8. Transfer the fried pastas in a mixing bowl.
FOR MASALA:
9. Add chilli powder, chat masala, salt and mix it.
10. Now add the masalas to the fried pasta and toss to mix .
11. Our crispy pasta is ready .

NOTE:
Adding oil in the water for cooking pastas, helps pasta from sticking to one another.
