Detailed recipes with Ingredients and Method in English & Telugu visit

Ingredients:

•4 tbsp oil
•2 Onion slices
•½ Capsicum choppings
•2 Green Chilies
•½ tsp Coriander powder
•½ tsp Roasted Cumin powder
•½ tsp Chilli powder
•¼ tsp Garam masala
•3-4 tbsp Water
•Sprinkle little Coriander
•1.5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
•sandwich bread or milk bread
Slit the Egg and place on the mixture
Smear the Water all around the bread
Smear the Onion Masala paste on another bread
Place the bread on the egg mixture
Seal the edges
1 cup Besan(sieved)
Little Salt
1 tbsp Rice flour
¼ tsp Baking Soda
Combine well
Sufficient Water for semi thick batter
Whisk well until the batter turns airy
Dip the stuffed Bread and coat the batter well
Drop the bread in the Hot Oil
Fry both sides on medium flame until crisp
Serve it Hot with Ketchup
