Satti Babu Chicken Fry Piece Biryani Making Process:
Basmati Rice – 3 Glasses (750 Gms)
Wash 3-4 times and Soak for 1 Hour
Secret Masala:
Cinnamon – 2 inches
Cardamom – 5
Cloves – 4
Star Anise – 1
Mace – 1 flower
Stone Flower – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – half tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 1/2 tbsp
Grind into fine powder
Chicken Recipe Process:
“Iron Kadai is Preferable”
Oil – 8 tbsp
Add Chicken – 1kg (Each piece 40gms)
Fry for 5-6 Mins on High Flame
Add Chopped Onions – 2 Medium size
Fry for 1 Min
Close lid & Leave for 5 Mins on Medium Flame
Open lid & Water Appears
Mix for 3-4 Mins on Medium Flame
Add Turmric powder – half tsp
Fry for 2 Mins
Close lid & Leave for 5 Mins on Medium Flame
Open the lid & Fry for 3-4 Mins on Medium Flame
Add Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Fry for 3 Mins on Medium Flame
Add Red Chilli powder – 2 1/2 tbsp
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Food Colour – pinch (Optional)
Fry for 3-4 Mins on Medium Flame
Add Curry leaves – 4 stems
Fry for 3-4 Mins on Medium Flame
Add “SECRET BLENDED MASALA”
Fry for 3 Mins on Medium Flame
Sprinkle Coriander leaves
Chicken Fry is Ready !!!!
Rice Making Process:
Take a Pressure Cooker
Oil – 6 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cardamom – 6
Star Anise – 1
Cloves – 6
Cinnamon – 2 inches
Mace – half flower
Bay leaves – 3
Stone Flower – 1 tbsp
Shahjeera – 1 tsp
Fry for 30 seconds on Medium Flame
Add Chopped Green Chillies 6-7
Fry for 1 Min on Medium Flame
Add Curry leaves – 4 stems
Add Cashews – 20
Chopped Coriander leaves – 1 cup
Chopped Mint leaves – 1 cup
Mix Once
Squeeze Half Lemon
Fry for 30 seconds
Salt – 2 tsp (According to taste)
Add Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Fry for 2 MIns on Medium Flame
Add Curd – 2 tbsp
Fry till Curds into Oil
Add Hot Water – 5 1/2 Glasses
1 Hour Soaked Basmati Rice
Boil for 5 Mins on High Flame
Close the lid
Stove Off after Whistle
Open After 15 Mins
Rice is Ready !!
