Beef Idiyirachi also known as Beef Dry Fry(BDF) is a Traditional Kerala Style Beef preparation with an appetizing marinade of red chilli, fennel seeds, garam masala, pepper, lemon and salt.
It is commonly prepared as a finger food or as a side dish. Beef dry fry(Beef Idiyirachi) is made by cooking meat loaf and then slicing them and beaten by weight to split the meat later will grill the beef until smoky finally to deep fry them further.
