Erachi Choru is a meat and rice based traditional Kerala main course dish usually served with salad and pickle. It is mainly popular in Malabar region of Kerala. Little different from Biryani, it is very easy to make and requires only one pressure cooker for the preparation. Here you go with the easy Erachi Choru Recipe.

🧺 INGREDIENTS
Beef – 500 gm
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) 1½ Inch Piece
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) – 12 Cloves
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) – 3 Nos
Cooking Oil (എണ്ണ) – 2 Tablespoons
Onion (സവോള) – 1 No (Small size) – Chopped
Tomato (തക്കാളി) – 1 No (Small size) – Chopped
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – 1½ + 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) – ¼ Teaspoon
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) – 2 Teaspoons
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) – 1 Teaspoon
Water (വെള്ളം) – 2 + ½ Cup (625 ml) – Approximately
Kaima Rice (Jeerakasala Rice) – 2 Cups (400 gm)
Coriander Leaves (മല്ലിയില) – ½ Cup (Chopped)
