Chapati (ചപ്പാത്തി) – 3 Nos
Onion (സവോള) – 1 Nos (125 gm)
Carrot (ക്യാരറ്റ്)
Capsicum (കാപ്സിക്കം)
Cucumber
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) – 1 No
Coriander Leaves (മല്ലിയില) – ½ Cup (15 gm)
Lime / Lemon Juice (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) – ½ Tablespoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – ½ Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder (കുരുമുളക് പൊടി) – ¼ Teaspoon
Egg (മുട്ട) – 3 Nos
Butter / Cooking Oil (വെണ്ണ / എണ്ണ) – 1½ Teaspoon
Mayonnaise (മയോനൈസ്) – 2 Tablespoons
Tomato Ketchup – 2 Tablespoons
