Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) – 3 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) – ½ Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) – 1½ Inch Piece
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) – 10 Cloves
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) – 2 Nos
Onion (സവോള) – 1 No (125 gm)
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) – 20 Nos
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – 1½ Teaspoon
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) – ¾ Tablespoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) – 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) – ¼ Teaspoon
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) – 2 Sprigs
Water (വെള്ളം) – ¼ Cup (60 ml)
Lime Juice (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) – 1 Teaspoon
Crushed Pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) – 1 Teaspoon
