Pork Pepper Fry Recipe
Ingredients

For marination
Pork – 1 kg, cut into small pieces.
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp.
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp.
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
Garam Masala – 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste.

For masala
Oil – As required.
Mustard – 1 tsp.
Garlic – 2 tbsp.
Coconut pieces – 1 cup.
Ginger – 2 tbsp.
Onion – One large sliced.
Green chilly – 7 no, sliced.
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp.
Pepper powder – 3 tbsp.

Preparation:
Marinate pork with coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt for 30 minutes.

Finely cook the pork. If you are using pressure cooker, five whistles are enough. Switch off the flame and let the cooker to cool down slowly.

Meanwhile, we can prepare the masala. Heat some oil in a sauce pan. Add mustard seeds and allow them to pop. Then add garlic, coconut pieces, ginger, onion, and green chilly. Saute in between. Add curry leaves, salt, and turmeric. Saute well until the onion turn golden colour. It is the time to add pepper powder. Mix well and then add the cooked pork. You can check the taste and balance it accordingly. Fry well till pork gets dark colour. Our pork pepper fry is ready. Marinate with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
