Chicken (ചിക്കൻ) – 1.2 kg (Cleaned)
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) – ¼ + ¼ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) – 1 Tablespoon
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) – 1 + 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala (ഗരം മസാല) – 1 Teaspoon
Ginger-Garlic Paste (ഇഞ്ചി-വെളുത്തുള്ളി അരച്ചത്) – 2 + 1 Tablespoons
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – 1½ + 1 Teaspoon
Corn Flour (ചോളം പൊടി) – 2 Tablespoons
Lime / Lemon Juice (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) – 1½ Tablespoon
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) – 1 Cup (250 ml)
Dry Red Chillies (ഉണക്കമുളക്) – 5 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) – 2+2 Sprigs
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) – 30 Nos (Sliced)
Onion (സവോള) – 1 No (Sliced)
Red Chilli Flakes (ഉണക്കമുളക് ചതച്ചത്) – 1 Tablespoon
Tomato Ketchup – 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Water (വെള്ളം) – ¼ Cup (60 ml)
