നല്ലവണ്ണം Stockൽ വരട്ടി എടുത്ത Pork Fry കഴിച്ചു നോക്കൂ!🤤✨



Recipe i went with:
Ingredients:
🔪Pork – ½ kg
🔪Ginger garlic paste – ½ tbsp
🔪Turmeric – 1 tsp
🔪Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
🔪Kashmiri chilli powder – ½ tbsp
🔪Black pepper – ½ tbsp
🔪Garam masala – ¼ tbsp
🔪Cumin powder – ¼ tbsp
🔪Salt – to taste
🔪Coconut oil
🔪Fennel seeds – 1tsp
🔪Red chillies
🔪Curry leaves
🔪Chopped ginger & garlic- 1 tsp
🔪Onion – 1no
🔪Green chillies – 2 nos

Cooking Steps:
Pressure cook pork with turmeric powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, and little water for about 4 whistles.

In a pan, heat coconut oil. Add fennel seeds, chopped ginger, garlic, red chillies, and curry leaves — sauté till fragrant.
Next, add onions and green chillies. Sauté till golden brown by adding Salt.
Add a pinch of turmeric, coriander, and chilli powder. Mix well.

Now add the boiled pork along with a bit of stock water.
Cook on medium flame until dry and dark brown.
Finally, sprinkle garam masala and crushed pepper — give it a quick mix.
