Pork (പന്നിയിറച്ചി) – 1 kg
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) – ½ Teaspoon
Coriander Powder (മല്ലിപ്പൊടി) – 1+1 Tablespoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) – ½ Tablespoon
Crushed Black Pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) – ½ + 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala / Meat Masala – 1 + ½ Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – 1+1 Teaspoon
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) – 1+1 Inch Piece (Chopped)
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) – 6+6 Cloves (Chopped)
Water (വെള്ളം) – ¾ Cup (180 ml)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) – 3 Tablespoons
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) – 2 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) – 3 Sprigs
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) – 25 Nos (Sliced)
Onion (സവോള) – 1 No (125 gm) – Sliced
Hot Water (ചൂടുവെള്ളം) – 1 Cup (250 ml)
Lemon Juice (നാരങ്ങാനീര്) – ½ Tablespoon
