This video is about the recipe of Kerala style Beef Achar (Pickle). It usually serves with rice. Please use meat with less fat for this pickle. First, we need to pressure cook the beef, then fry it and prepare the Achar.

🧺 INGREDIENTS
Beef (ബീഫ്) – 1 kg (after cleaning)
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) – 1 + 3 Tablespoons
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) – ½ + ½ Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) – ½+1+1 Tablespoons
Refined Oil (എണ്ണ) – 1 Cup (250 ml)
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) – ½ Teaspoon
Chopped Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) – ¾ Cup (100 gm)
Cleaned Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) – ¾ Cup (100 gm)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) – 6 Nos (30 gm)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) – 3 Sprigs
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) – 3 Tablespoons
Asafoetida Powder (കായം പൊടി) – ¼ Teaspoon
Vinegar (വിനാഗിരി) – 1½ Cup (375 ml)
