Idiyirachi Recipe/shredded beef recipe
Ingredients:
1. Beef – 1 kg, cut into cubes.
2. Ginger – One piece, sliced.
3. Green chilly – 2 numbers sliced.
4. Garlic – 2 tsp chopped.
5. Shallot – 300 g, sliced.
6. Pepper powder – 3 tsp.
7. Garam masala – 2 tsp.
8. Coconut oil – As needed.
9. Salt – As needed.
10. Curry leaves – As needed.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the beef with ginger, green chili, salt and curry leaves. Shred the beef using a mixer grinder and set aside.
Step 2
Heat 3 tsp oil in a large frying pan and add the garlic. Then add sliced shallot and salt. Stir in between. Add 3 springs of curry leaves. Saute well so that the raw smell fades away. Add the shredded beef. Add some oil. Then add pepper and garam masala. Stir in between. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Our idiyirachi is ready. You can keep it in an air tight container. Shelf life is approximately 1 year.
