チャンネル登録・コメント・評価、励みになりますので是非よろしくお願いします。材料は↓ 材料 ２～３人前 とんこつラーメンスープの素 豚バラ 150ｇ 豆腐 1丁 にんにく １片 ラード 大2 胡麻油やサラダ油でもＯＫ。 ほんだし 小１ 昆布水 600ｃｃ 味噌大１ ネギ 適量 糸唐辛子 適量 ●昆布水は水１Lに対し昆布10ｇを入れて冷蔵庫で１日寝かして完成。 そのまま、１週間程保存可能。常備していればとても便利。 ごはん・味噌汁・煮物・ラーメンなんでも使えるよ。 1. にんにくはみじん切りに。豚バラと豆腐は食べやすい大きさに切る。 2. 鍋にラードとニンニクを入れ時作り弱火で炒める。 3. 豚バラを入れ色が変わる程度まで炒める。 4. 昆布水とほんだし・とんこつラーメンスープを加え沸騰させる。 5. 味噌を溶き入れる。 6. 豆腐を入れて沸騰寸前で火を止める。。 7. 器に盛り付けネギと糸唐辛子をトッピングして完成。 source
