ちくわに入れてチン!誰にでもお勧めできる、かんたんお惣菜。 調理時間:15 分 分量:2人分 <材料> ・豚肉(挽き肉) :80g ・しめじ :1/2袋 ・にんにく :1/2片 ・みょうが :2本 ・大葉 :2枚 ・ちくわ :4本 A ・料理酒 :小さじ1 ・みりん :小さじ1 ・醤油 :小さじ2 ・顆粒和風だし :小さじ1 <手順> 1.しめじ、みょうが、大葉を細かくする。ちくわは真ん中に切れ込みをいれる。 2.豚ひき肉としめじを耐熱ボウルにいれる。 3.(2)に刻んだニンニク、Aを加えて600Wのレンジで2分30秒加熱する。 4.火が通ったら、みょうがと大葉を加え混ぜ合わせる。 5.ちくわの真ん中に詰めたら完成。 <アドバイス> しめじとみょうがはできるだけ小さくカット。ちくわに入りやすくなります。 source
