Welcome to my channel.

Today we’re going to make a quick and easy recipe for Beef Ramen (5 minutes)

I make this for my kids a few times a week in the morning for breakfast.

It’s got coiled marinated eggs!

Let’s start preparing the side dishes

Side dishes
Marinated beef: 4-5 slices
Smoked tofu: 3 slices
Bok choy leaves: 1 piece
Green onion: 1

Chop the marinated beef, smoked tofu, bok choy and green onion

Marinated beef can also be replaced with beef luncheon meat

I never use the water used to cook ramen

Because the water used to cook ramen is sour

The taste of ramen is very bad

Noodle soup made with soup mix

It is also a quick and tasty option

Prepare noodle soup ingredients
Beef broth powder: 2tbsp
Maggi soy sauce: 20ml
White pepper: a little
Cooking oil: 15ml

Boil a pot of water and put wet ramen noodles in it

Stir the noodles with chopsticks so that they do not stick

Cook for three minutes on high heat and stir the noodles into the rinsed noodle soup

Place the side dishes we prepared on top of the noodles in order

Don’t forget to top with the coiled marinated egg we made yesterday!

Add my favorite edamame (LGM)

Sprinkle with chopped green onions and cooked sesame seeds

A quick bowl of beef ramen is ready!
