♨️the Rose Dessert
Ingredients;
2 full tablespoons of butter (at room temperature)
1 tea glass of oil
1 egg
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
As much flour as it takes (about 2.5-3 cups)
For the syrup;
2.5 cups granulated sugar
3 cups water A
thin slice of lemon
Preparation;
First of all, we prepare the syrup of our dessert and let it cool. Sweet hot sorbet will be cold. We put the sugar and water in the pot and bring it to a boil. When it starts to boil, we put the lemon and boil it for five minutes over low heat and remove it from the stove. We put the ingredients for the dough, except flour, in the kneading bowl and mix. By adding the flour in a controlled manner, we obtain a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. We roll out the dough between baking paper and make circles with a tea cup. We arrange the three circles with the edges on top of each other, put a hazelnut in two or three parts and wrap it in a roll. We cut the roll in half and place it on the tray by pressing lightly on the ends with our hands. We continue the same process until all the dough is finished. We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. When the first heat of the desserts coming out of the oven comes out, we drizzle the cooled syrup over them.
