Two of the steakhouse icons, Porterhouse & Ribsteak.

Porterhouse – similar to a Tbone but the porterhouse has a larger Filet mignon and the NY strip on the other side, sometimes has the gristle in the middle. Cut it in half it’s a bone in NY.

Ribsteak – can also be a prime rib steak, ribeye without a bone, with a long bone it’s a tomahawk and a short bone it’s a cowboy steak.
