A quick recipe
🥥To a mixer add 1 cup coconut pieces, 1 cardamom, 1/4 inch cinnamon and extract thick milk.
🥥Add 1/4 cup Palm sugar to coconut milk and mix well( 1&1/4 cup thick milk)
🥥To a bowl add 1/4 tbsp agar agar powder, 1/4 cup water and mix it.
Add to pan and cook 2 min.
🥥Now add palm sugar & coconut milk mix to agar agar and cook for a min( only low flame)
🥥Allow it to cool down for 2 min and transfer to a container.
🥥Refrigerate 30 min and serve chill.
