2 Ingredient Bread
NOTE: This bread was sweet enough to be dessert, we’ll try plain yogurt next time. 😁👍
Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour
1 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt, NOT Greek

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Sift flour and mix with yogurt.
Spread into parchment lined loaf pan.
Bake for 35-45 minutes.

4 Ingredient No Boil Bagels
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 egg, 2 TB water for egg wash

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and Greek yogurt in a large bowl.
Separate dough into 4 pieces for regular bagels, 8 pieces for mini ones
Roll into a ball and then into ropes, seal the ends together and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet or pan.
Brush egg wash on top and bake for 25 minutes.

Pop Tarts
Ingredients:
1 refrigerated pie crust
Jam, jelly, or preserves
Icing:
3 TB powdered sugar
1 tsp jam
1-2 tsp heavy cream
Egg wash:
1 egg and 2 TB water

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Roll out pie crust to make it really thin.
Cut out shapes.
Spread a small amount of jam in the middle of the crust shapes, top with another crust shape and crimp edges closed with a fork.
Brush with egg wash.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Make icing and spread over cooled tarts.

Apple Fritters
Ingredients:
2 cups ap flour
2 TB sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 TB melted butter
1 1/2 cups chopped apples
Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4-6 TB heavy cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Add the eggs, milk, vanilla, and butter.
Fold in the apples.
Drop by large spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 14-16 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar and cream to make a thin glaze to dip the fritters in.
When they are cooled dip them in the glaze and let dry.
