Super Delicious Red Beans Buns Bread Easy & Quick Recipe

配方 Ingredients:

鸡蛋1个 (56克)
1 egg (56 g)
温牛奶200毫升
Warm milk 200 ml
速发干酵母3克(1 茶匙)
Instant dry yeast 3 g (1 tsp)
白糖15克 (1汤匙)
White sugar 15 g (1 tbsp)
中筋面粉或通用面粉350克(2.5杯)
Plain flour/all purpose flour 350 g (2.5 cup)
盐3克 ( 1/2茶匙)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
植物油22毫升(1.5汤匙)
Vegetable oil 22 ml (1.5 tbsp)

红豆250克
Red beans 250 g
凉水1500毫升
Cold water 1500 ml
白糖50克 (3 汤匙)
White sugar 30 g (3 tbsp)
45克无盐黄油 (3汤匙)
Unsalted butter 45 g (3 tbsp)
盐2克 ( 1/4茶匙)
Salt 2 g (1/4 tsp)

烤盘:29×42 厘米
Pan size: 29×42 cm

预热的烤箱175摄氏度/350华氏度烤18分钟至金黄
Preheated oven at 175℃/350 ℉ bake for 18 minutes until golden brown
