Wow, I recently came across this channel a while ago and am impressed with your work๐really beautiful, and thank you for sharing your brownie cookies recipe, itโs the best Iโve tried so far, and I have a question about itโฆcan I place it in the fridge to harden, then divide it and bake it? Everyone says to bake it immediately and if you make a large batch, the more it sits the more it would lose its shine and the cracks would lessen, is this true for your recipe?

A 'galette bretonne' is like a crepe in salty version.
