잡채에는 당연히 소고기죠!
명절… 직장인들에겐 가뭄의 단비같은, 온 가족이 옹기종기모여 소중한 시간을 함께 보낼 수 있는 날인데요^^ 역시 명절음식하면… 모듬전이 아닐꺼 싶습니다… ㅎㅎ 저는 특히나 생선전을 많이 좋아하는데요^^ 대구를 이용하면 식감이 아주 좋답니다… ㅎㅎ
