Full course of Stonefish🍽️🍣
Stonefish is very poisonous, but it's really delicious and you can eat up the whole fish!
■Ingredients
-Natural Stonefish
-Shiso leaves
-Radish
-Grated daikon with chili
-Hana-ho (ear of flower)
-Potato starch
-Salt
-Pepper
-Citrus sudachi
– Broth
-Red miso
-Green onion
-Ponzu
-Chives
-Rice

猛毒のある虎魚だけど、本当に美味しくて丸ごと食べ尽くせるよ！
■材料
-天然の虎魚
-シソ
-ラディッシュ
-紅葉おろし
-花穂
-片栗粉
-塩
-胡椒
-酢橘
-出汁
-赤味噌
-ネギ
-ポン酢
-浅葱
-ご飯
可食部をそれぞれ丁寧に調理して食べることもそうなんだけど、まず海外ではこの魚は食べなさそう
もうすでに揚げられた魚かと思った😅
