Raw Korean Beef (Yukhoe) 🐮🇰🇷

This is kinda like an asian beef tartare! I love this especially when paired with rice and an ice cold 🍻 Very simple to make but so good!

INGREDIENTS:
– 500g beef tenderloin, cut into thin strips
– 1 stalk onion leek, sliced
– 8 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp rice syrup
– 3 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp gochujang
– Pepper to taste
– Korean pear, cut into matchsticks)

Garnishes:
– Egg yolk
– Sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:
– mix together your sliced beef, leeks, garlic, rice syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang and pepper. You can serve immediately or marinate for a couple of minutes.
– Serve on top of sliced Korean pear and garnish with sesame seeds, egg yolk and enjoy!
