Sunflower Taco Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
• 1 lb 93% lean ground beef or meatless
• Taco Seasoning (store-bought or homemade):
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
• 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 cup diced tomatoes
• 1½ cups shredded mild cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
• ½ cup sliced black olives (optional)
• Butter lettuce leaves (for the sunflower base)
• Tortilla chips or round scoops (for the petals)

Build Directions:
1. Arrange butter lettuce leaves around the edge of a round platter—this sets the base of your sunflower.
2. In the center, start your layers in this exact order:
• Taco-seasoned ground beef
• Blended cream cheese & sour cream
• Guacamole
• Black beans
• Diced tomatoes
• Shredded cheese
• Sliced olives (optional)
3. Once the center is built, go back around the platter and layer tortilla chips between the butter lettuce to complete your sunflower look.
4. Chill until ready to serve. Then let the compliments bloom.

*Note if you secude to go meatless add the taco seasoning to the cream cheese and sour cream mix instead and layer it the same.
