How do you turn Pineapple Purple? π Add Blueberries for the color & fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K, manganese, and potassium. Next add some Ginger as a virus killer and for some extra flavor. I added also Cauliflower to hide some veggies and for a bit of calcium, iron, potassium, and magnesium. To top it up, I added Chia seeds for some antioxidants, additional fiber, and omega-3s.
